The 1935 Replica Z-Series is the second in a series of collectible prototype lighters offered by Zippo. Like the original, the 1935 Replica features a 3-barrel hinge joining the lid and bottom, an open hollow rivet that secures flint wheel to inside unit, a 16-holed chimney insert; flat bottom case, and slashes on the opposite corners of the face and back of the lighter. Seven years of Zippo Click memories are celebrated in this exclusive new collectible. This 1941 Replica Black Ice lighter, reminiscent of the 1941 Replica Brushed chrome lighter used for the first club offer, showcases the cover of the inaugural issue of the Zippo Click magazine published in 2002.

This Zippo was created for the first Zippo Fest originally scheduled for July 17-18, 2009. Due to the late cancellation of the event, an initial production run of less than 200 of the planned 1,000 black matte lighters with the official Zippo Fest logo were produced.
These distinctive, consecutively numbered lighters were only available to members of Zippo Click.

This unusual desert sand-colored camouflage Zippo lighter was part of a pilot run completed in May 2003. A hydrografix coating applied to the lighter adds texture to mimic desert sand. Dissatisfaction with the finish resulted in this piece not being selected for market.
The lighters are limited to the pilot run total of 133 pieces and were available only to Zippo Click members.

This stunning "You are Here" Zippo lighter was part of a pilot run completed in December 2005.
The Armor™ High Polish Chrome lighter was decorated with a rotary engraved interplanetary design and blue crystal. Due to high production cost, this piece was never selected for market.
These unique lighters were never sold at retail or featured in any Zippo catalog. Only 287 of these lighters were available and offered exclusively to Zippo Click members.

This Zippo Vintage high polish chrome lighter, Bottomz Up, features a stamped bottom and lid as part of a pilot run in August 2007.
The Date stamping on the lighter lid features the distinctive Bottomz Up symbol along with the year of production. Due to the success of this initial run, an engraved edition of the lighter will be featured in the 2008 Zippo Complete Line Collection.
Only 226 lighters from the initial run were offered exclusively to Zippo Click members.

As a special member of the Zippo family and collectors club, it’s only fitting that the Club’s 2007 annual collectible lighter celebrates two milestones; Zippo’s 75th Anniversary and the 5th Anniversary of Zippo Click.
This high polish chrome Zippo Vintage™ flat-top lighter features a red and black marble-like design surface imprinted on the front. The design is enhanced with a chromed out Zippo Click logo on the lid and a double lustre engraved 75th Anniversary logo on the bottom surface of the lighter. This unique new process of combining two different depths of lustre engraving was created by Zippo’s Design Center & Incubator.
This dual-commemorative Zippo windproof lighter is showcased inside a glass dome ready for display.

The Street Chrome lighter was covered with brown leather on all surfaces except the bottom. Due to the failure of the leather wrap to meet expactations the test was terminated in August 2004 after a run of 1.000 pieces.

This distinctive hybrid Zippo lighter with a black matte lid and a high polish chrome bottom was part of a pilot run completed in August and September 2004 to test the viability of using lids and bottoms of different finishes. Due to problems encountered in manufacturing, the project was deemed not ready for production after turning out 117 pieces.
These 117 unique lighters were exclusively offered to Zippo Click members.

Zippo Click bursts from a glossy Candy Apple Red finish on this exclusive member lighter. Zippo Click members are the first to be effered this new Candy Apple Red translucent powder coat finish that will be introduced in the 2006 Complete Line Catalog.
The club logo, showcased in a circle of radiating beams, is laser engraved through the powder coat to reveal the original street chrome finish.

This commemorative celebrates the 50th Anniversary of the launch of the Zippo slim lighter. The surface of the high polish chrome slim lighter is decorated with design elements from the original slim lighter advertisement using luster etch and laser color fill processes. The lighter features a custom flat bottom stamp with a script Zippo logo similar to the original slim lighter and carries the current date code adding to the uniqueness of this collectible. The special bottom stamp will be used on all Zippo slim lighters produced in 2007, Zippo’s 75th Anniversary year.

In 1955, an innovative three-story office building was constructed at 33 Barbour Street in Bradford, Pennsylvania. Fifty years later, the building is still turning heads while it serves as the global headquarters for Zippo Manufacturing Company and its subsidiaries. The building is replicated on a high polish Armor case Zippo lighter with an exquisite deep carved rendering of the building. Adding to the uniqueness of the commemorative is the dramatic red and black color accent matching the building's exterior. Accompanying the Zippo lighter is a book detailing the history of the building and a Zippo flame cut from the genuine material used on the front surface of the building.

This black crackle 1941 replica Zippo lighter was part of a January 2004 pilot run that served as the catalyst for the Zippo D-Day 60th Anniversary commemorative set. "Sands of Normandy". The pilot run was utilized to test the powder coating capabilities on the 1941 Zippo lighter Replica.

The idea of reproducing a vintage advertisement (circa 1955) as a limited edition art print and collectible lighter evolved from the enthusiastic appreciation of the 2003 gift of a Zippo pictorial history book and lighter set. Recipients revered the seven-plus decades of Zippo history, and valued the collectible lighter for the icon it has become today. Limited to 2200 pieces, the set was given to employees and selected associates worldwide than it was offered to Zippo Click members.

Linda Meabon, Zippo historian, compiled the 128-page book with the foreword by Zippo owner George Duke, grandson of Zippo founder George Blaisdell. The book displays many rare corporate and Blaisdell family photos, most of which have never been published. The companion lighter reproduces the cover of the book and a custom sleeve displays both pieces. The set includes a certificate of authenticity, a two-piece lighter box, and a handsome see-through display box.
The color imaging process on the black matte lighter features a copy of the books cover, a 1950s photo of Zippo headquarters on Barbour Street in Bradford, Pennsylvania. The lighter is only available as part of the combination set.

The physical vapor deposition (PVD) process yielded a striking look reminiscent of Zippo's popular Black Ice, Spectrum an Mood Indigo finishes. In fact, because of the close similarity to Mood Indigo, Cool Blue was pulled from production after a pilot run of 2.000 pieces.
Originally intended for the 2003 spring choice catalog, Cool Blue is the first lighter of the Zippo Click Collectibles series to be offered to Zippo Click club members.
Those remaining 1.168 lighters were exclusively offered in 2003.
